will take place on

Emmanuel Episcopal Church (upstairs hall)
Rue de Monthoux 3, Geneva
Light refreshments from 7pm.
Attendance is for members only. Your attendance is vital.
Without the required quorum the meeting cannot proceed.
One committee member will be stepping down from the current committee.

NOTE: Your attention is drawn to the fact that only paid up members of the 2026-27 season are eligible to vote in the Annual General Meeting. Please also note that we do not have proxy votes and only members who attend in person may vote.

Nominations to the committee
Nominations to the committee may be made only with the agreement of the nominee, and must be submitted to GEDS Chair Masha Neznansky (chair@geds.ch) by Monday 26 October 2026.
The nominee may sign the nomination paper at the AGM if it was not possible to sign the physical document prior to submission.
